Everyone of us should care about something, because honestly giving a sh*t is so important. Change cannot and will not happen if nobody cares.
1. Your body, mind, and soul
Most of us don’t care about ourselves enough. We are working – many even several jobs, taking care of the kids, helping out friends, etc etc etc. Once in a while there needs to be some you-time. Even if it’s just a 10 minute meditation or taking a bath. Care about yourself starting now!
Well if you’re a man this might not necessarily concern you, but otherwise we are not nearly done. It starts with a job interview and ends with being able to drive.

4. Climate Change
It’s happening and there is no point in denying it FULL STOP
Adopt, petition, do something. Animal cruelty is still happening all the world and more than we maybe like to admit. Wild animals do not belong in an aquarium or a cage, animals should not be tortured and before you buy why don’t you think about adopting?
Be smart, be educated, be curious, learn something. Whether its a new language or a theory of physics. Don’t just accept what you hear or read, challenge it get more information on the subject and look for the bigger picture.
Get out there and see the world. It doesn’t mean you need to change continents, just visit another city or even just another part of the city you’re living in.
Skip McDonald’s and Pizza Hut. Care for your body and enjoy all the yummy food and recipes this world and the internet has to offer. Try something new more often. For example check out delish.com for some super fast and easy.
9. Media detox
Try to fit in some offline time. Read an actual book (no ebook), draw something, do a puzzle or just spent time outside. Honestly… just meet a friend for a coffee and talk face to face… Cell phones OFF the table 😉
Don’t stop believing in your dreams no matter how big the obstacles. Dream it and then achieve it, because somewhere out there is someone waiting to be inspired by your story and your success.
It’s healthy, it keeps you young and it makes you happy. Laugh laugh laugh as much as you want to and where and when you want
Seeing all the beautiful women dressed in black at the Golden Globes, it shows you how beautiful unity can be. Stop the hateful comments and trash talking, but unite and empower each other, because sooo much more is possible together.
13. Your couch
Binge watch on Netflix or read a book, but take a day off once in while. There is no shame in not leaving your couch (except for getting more food or wine) and just chill the heck out of that day.
Cyber bullying, body shaming or just being a jerk IS NOT OKAY AND NEVER WILL BE OKAY! Check out this powerful TED talk by the amazing Ashley Judd.
15. Addiction and (your) mental health
Yes problems with addiction and mental health is a disease. It is not someone’s fault and there should be no shame in talking about it. #Idontmind is a new amazing non-profit organization who is “working to break down the barrier of stigma and to bring help to those that need it”.
Rollercoasters, doughnuts, movies, music, the beach and I don’t know what else just have some fun once in a while. I know at the moment the world and life as it is can be pretty overwhelming, but don’t take life 100% serious.
17. Friends and Family
Show up! Be there as much as you can whether it’s for that sad friend going through a difficult time or your grand-mothers 73rd birthday.
Because love is love is love is love is love!
