There seems to be a solution for your anxiety
Health professionals have found out, that if you are suffering from anxiety you should exercise. According to four different professionals the winner for best exercise is: Zumba! If dancing is not your thing, then you could also do Pilates or kickboxing.

Go France!
Emmanuel Macron wants to launch a so-called cultural war against sexism and sexual violence with a five-year plan. He wants to improve education for school children on the matter and the simplify the police system for rape and assault victims. Children will be taught about the reality and dangers of pornography, while victims will be able to submit their complaint online before going to a police station to press charges.

Well this could be fun, couldn’t it?
Nickelodeon wants to land his first big Broadway hit with their new musical “SpongeBob SquarePants: The Broadway Musical”. A singing SpongeBob, tons of confetti and lots of extravaganza or as some may say sensory overload is supposed to do the trick. While The New York Times thinks this is only for people who want to go insane, Nickelodeon believes this is a musical for EVERYONE.

A heart-warming act of kindness
We should all applaud toΒ Kate McClure. When she ran out of gas one night and was completely panicking, a homeless man spent his last dollars on getting her a can of gas. After returning the kindness with small gifts like food or water she decided to go a step further. She set up a GoFundMe page and was now able to raise over $300.000 for this kind stranger who saved her. These kinds of actions are just inspiring.

Thanksgiving is over, but there are leftovers
Some may say that leftovers are the best and some may probably just clueless what they could do with all the remaining turkey. Now thank God to the people who created these epic and delicious Leftover Sandwich ideas.
